3. Manufacturing is made-to-order – This ensures every detail of your design is rendered faithfully. We take your artwork and create a custom ‘film-tool’ to make your cards in our state-of-the-art chemical process. Next, we prep the stainless steel sheets for chemical etching, and etch your cards in a series of acid-based solutions. Any add-on features such as laser etching, multiple screen printed colors and cut outs require additional processes.
